Continuing from the previous post. Starting from Yodoyabashi station again, we will now venture toward Umeda to check out more Christmas lighting displays.
Getting a good look around the area.
This was one cool looking tree!
I believe this is the Hankyu train station in Umeda. One of department stores there set these elaborate Christmas displays up for people to just stand in front and take photos. Pretty cool.
The display in front of Hankyu Men’s and Hep 5.
In front of Yodobashi Camera next to Osaka station.
Giant tree display on the Osaka station building
The Ferris wheel on top of Hep 5. Yup… there’s a giant Ferris wheel on top of a building in the middle of a city. That’s Japan for you.
From far away, I thought this was a tree at first until I got a closer look ^^;.
Plenty of couples out and about enjoying themselves around the lights too.
The main highlight of Osaka Station’s illuminatino display were these lights that dance in sync to the music that was playing. Really neat!
Outside the main entrance of Osaka station.
And I’ll end it here for the Umeda area. Still not the end of the illumination nights though!

The giant ferris wheel… is it the one on your banner?
I can only imagine the amount of work they need to put all these up…. and take them down afterwards. ^^;

Yea that’s the same one. Yea… I would love to see them take down all those fixtures. They just disappear overnight!
